The ceremony will begin at 5:30 PM followed by cocktail hour and reception. The evening will conclude at 10:30 PM.

The ceremony will begin promptly at 5:30 PM. We kindly request that guests arrive at least 15 minutes early to allow time for seating. If you are driving, please plan ahead for parking, either along the street or in the hotel garage.

We envision our wedding as an elevated, romantic evening for our guests. The dress code is formal or black-tie optional. For ladies, a long evening gown is ideal, though a cocktail dress is also perfectly appropriate. For gentlemen, a tuxedo is welcome but not required—dark suits with ties are equally suitable.

We kindly ask the ladies to refrain from wearing white, ivory, or cream color attire.

We will have an unplugged wedding ceremony so that our professional wedding photographer can get the best possible shots without the interference of other flashes or mobile screens. Please turn your cellphone off before the ceremony begins.

As much as we love your kids, this is an adults-only celebration.

The ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will be held inside The Virginian Ballroom.
